Rebecca Badenoch is the Partner-In-Charge of our Family Law Division at our Melbourne office. She was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Victoria in 1993.
Appointments can be arranged with Rebecca at our Melbourne office. Rebecca will provide the first 30 minutes of your first consultation free of charge.
Rebecca became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 1998, and has also completed Bond University's Dispute Resolution Certificate and the Haynes Mediation Training Institute course.
Rebecca practices exclusively in Family Law and has extensive experience in all areas arising from separations, relating to marriages, de facto relationships, or same sex couples, as well as property issues, children's issues, child support or spousal maintenance.
Rebecca is a Trained Collaborative Lawyer. She is a media commentator on Family Law and presents mediation courses at Melbourne University and has edited a text on mediation.
Rebecca is a member of the Victorian Law Institute and its Family Law Executive, the Courts Practice Committee and the Property and Maintenance Committee.
